Privacy Policy

This policy covers the The Perfect House mobile app and the theperfecthouse.co website, both operated by Abdul Aziz Al Otaishan Consulting Engineering Co. (OCE), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than long and vague.
The short version. Browsing collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no location. The only thing we ever receive is what you type into the contact form and choose to send, and it reaches us as an email in our office inbox.
What we collect
Nothing while you browse. Every project, service and rate can be read without giving us anything at all.
The contact form, in the app and on the website, is the one place anything is sent. When you fill it in and press Send request, those details travel over an encrypted connection to our own endpoint at theperfecthouse.co/api/contact, which turns them into an email to info@theperfecthouse.co. Nothing is sent until you press that button.
What the form sends
Your name, phone number and email address are required, because without them we cannot reply. Everything else you can leave blank.

We use what you send only to answer you and discuss your project. It is never used for advertising, and never sold.
You can also reach us without the form at all, using the Call and Email buttons on the contact screen. Those open your own phone or mail app, and nothing about them passes through us.
Who handles a request on its way to us
Three companies are involved in carrying your request, and nothing else is:
- Vercel hosts the website and the endpoint that receives the form.
- Resend delivers the resulting email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox it arrives in.
Each keeps short-lived technical logs, which can include the internet address the request came from. We also hold that address in memory for ten minutes to stop automated abuse of the form. It is never written to disk and never linked to you.
What we do not collect
- No location or GPS data
- No contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files
- No device identifiers or advertising IDs
- No analytics or usage tracking of any kind
- No crash-reporting or diagnostics services
- No cookies in the app
- No account, password or login: neither the app nor the site has a sign-in
On Android the app requests only the internet permission, and asks for no other permission at all. It uses that connection for exactly one thing: sending a contact request when you press the button. Every photograph, font and price in the app is built into it and works with no connection.
Nothing is stored on your device
Your language and light/dark choices are not saved; they reset when you close the app. The app writes no personal data to your phone.
Where your request goes
Into OCE's office mailbox, and nowhere else. It is not copied into a database, a customer system or a marketing list. Only the people at OCE who handle enquiries read it.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in the office mailbox for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the work discussed. The technical logs described above are held briefly by each provider and are never used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Because there is no account, just email us quoting the phone number you gave us, or call us from it, and we will act on it.
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may also withdraw consent at any time. Doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To request deletion of your data, email info@theperfecthouse.co with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm within 30 days.
Security
Requests travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection the whole way, and access to the mailbox that receives them is limited to the OCE staff who need it. The app itself holds no passwords or keys and stores nothing about you on your phone. The form is rate limited and screened for automated abuse. There is deliberately very little about you anywhere in this system, which is the best protection of all.
Children
This app is a professional services portfolio intended for adults commissioning design and construction work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Play Store listing.
